Mary is a native to Wake Forest, North Carolina, and has had the pleasure of watching the Triangle grow over the years. She graduated from East Carolina University in 2005 and came right back to the Raleigh area she loves.
Mary lives in Wake Forest with her husband and two daughters. She loves the great state of North Carolina and enjoys sharing her knowledge of the area with anyone and everyone!
Mary grew up in a family business and knew the definition of HARD WORK at an early age. With professional and personal experience in buying and selling a home, Mary found a strong desire to help others in making their move stress free, memorable and exciting!

Kat works with residents in Raleigh and surrounding towns who want to discover more about the area and find their home sweet home.
She is a full time Realtor and local business owner in downtown Wake Forest and supporting her community, fellow business owners and residents is near and dear to her heart. She has lived in North Carolina for 25 years and showing people all the great things this area has to offer is one of her many passions!
When Kat is not helping people fulfill their home dreams, she can be found painting, kickboxing or enjoying time with family. Her two college age girls and high school aged boy have been born and raised here and her husband also owns a local business.
